I am a Digital Artist and Mental Health Professional with a passion for community development and Arts for Health using new media. I am currently studying an MA in Community Arts at Staffordshire University.


I have 7 years experience supporting the Public, Private and third sector organisations in engaging communities using digital media and social networking tools (Please ask for a comprehensive list of past clients).


My current work involves using digital art and new media in arts for health projects and activities. My practice exists within the NHS as a registered Mental Health nurse and as a freelance artist.


I also work with organisations wishing to engage individuals and communities using new media, this is done through consultation, training, workshops and conferences.  My work includes teaching the digital skills and strategies required for 21st Century work in community development and the work of promoting healthier communities.


Much of my practice involves research, development and evaluation of the advantages open to organisations using these new technologies.


As a Digital artist I am one of the founder members of bITjAM, a successful digital media hub for multi media artists in the Midlands. The bITjAM have supported many emerging and experienced artists with their development of digital skills.
